6 days into the New Year and yesterday was Dylan’s first day to school after a long holiday.
It’s back to school time! And he’s now in Nursery. There were the New set of uniform (it was purple sports attire when he was in pre-nursery), New jacket, New teachers and New class of 21 students.
I took the school bus with him since it was his first day and I wanted to take a look who the teachers are and how well he will adapt into the new class environment. It was my first to be in the school bus with him, as we chose to dump him straight into the bus ALONE when he first started his pre-nursery and thankfully he did not shred a tear back then. Anyway, he had a fantastic time yesterday and I saw a few familiar faces that were previously in the same pre-nursery class as Dylan.
All went great expect that he came home with a bump on his forehead. Oh well, the kids just got all excited and wild during the playtime and 2 little fellows just happen to come head to head. It was an unusual way of starting a NEW friendship though. ^ ^

Wow...Dylan is so brave even when he started pre-N. No separation anxiety at all?
There is, for the 1st 2 days. He got nervous when he couldn't spot me at the window and started getting teary. but he's those kind who won't howl in the public. =p
